Goal
To help Bentley University enlarge the graduate school enrollment and improve the students' experience in the process of graduate school application.
My Research Process
1) Protocol Design
2) Survey
3) Interview students who was in their first semester of school
4) Taking notes while interviewing
5) Produce report with recommendations to help improving the graduate school enrollment service
Things I Could Do Better Next Time:
I will try the website live chat and email service to experience how much help and how quick the help they can get.
I will try to contact and find some students who are actually applying and ask to walk me through the application process.
