Evaluation Builder UX Redesign
Product: Evaluation Builder
- The product is to help companies administrators to build digital versions of many forms to evaluate trainee's skill level during training process.
The Evaluation Builder enables administrators to construct forms by including various components, such as tasks, multiple choice questions, free text fields. Administrators can specify which components are required as part of the evaluation, and who needs to fill out the specific component. In some scenarios, trainees need to fill in information. In others, evaluators or trainers may be asked to answer questions as they evaluate a live trainee demonstration of a given skill.

- To help redesign the Evaluation Builder which enables administrator to measure and validate trainees' ability or skill level.

Some key feature was analyzed after understanding the product goal as well as product description. The key features are analyzed as below:

Progress bar helps the administrator, trainee & trainer understand the evaluation accomplishment level
Trainer and Trainee's name displayed on the evaluation summary to help:

1. Understand who the trainer and trainee are.

2. Prevent trainer/trainee logging into and using other people's account by accident
Floating control panel helps the administrator to easily see all the tools/options at a glance.

Features/options on the control panel include:
Question type,
add question,
answer type,
Add logic,
Required,
Add section.
Set up who need to accomplish this question.

By coding the trainee and trainer option in different color, the administrator would easily tell which role is assigned to the task/question.
Every item with a down arrow indicates it is a drop-down menu, which includes a few options for users to choose from.
